2010-11: During this season, Scarlett was twice named the Liberty League CoSwimmer of the week... Against Rochester on November 13 he was a part of the 400 free relay team that wont with a time of 3:18.38... Against RPI on January 14 he won the 200 IM with a time of 2:03.32... At Hamilton on January 29 he was on the 200 Medley Relay team that won with a time of 1:37.93... At States he placed 3rd in the 100 bactstroke with a time of 52.74 and 3rd in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:54.15.

2009: Was a member of the 200 Medley Relay that won in a time of 1:39.61 against Rochester...Had a strong day against Amherst with second place finishes in the 200 Medley (1:40.03), 400 Freestyle Relay, and 200 Relay...Won the 200 Backstroke against Hartwick with a time of 2:01.17...Against RPI, won the 1,000 Freestyle in 10:08.74 and the 500 Freestyle in 4:58.26...Was a member of the 400 Freestyle Relay against Hamilton that won with a time of 3:14.81... Was a member of the 400 Medley team that won in 3:39.11 against Ithaca.. Was named Liberty League Co-Swimmer of the Week once

2008: Won 200 backstroke against Hartwick and Springfield with a time of 2:01.33...Won both 100 backstroke and 200 IM against RPI with times of 54.75 and 2:03.61...Won 200 freestyle at Amherst with a time of 1:47.50...Won 200 backstroke against Hamilton with a time of 2:00.12...Won both 200 backstroke and 200 IM with times of 2:01.91 and 1:58.98...Won Co-Swimmer of the week after his backstroke and IM wins against RPI

Prior to Union: Brian went to St. Paul's high school, where he swam the back stroke. His favorite show is Hogan's Heroes and his favorite food is lobster.
