“I am extremely excited about this group as our prime leadership vehicle for our football team moving forward into the 2012 football season," said Audino. "It is a great group of young men and a seasoned group of players who have great experience on the field as well as great leadership skills as people. I am sure that they will provide our team with great leadership throughout the season.”
Audino commented on each of the captains.
"Tim is a two year starter for us at fullback and is a versatile performer on the field. He is a hard nosed player and will help us tremendously with his leadership skills.
"Elias is one of the best offensive linemen in the Liberty League and he has been playing for us since his freshman year. He was dominate in his last 6 games of the season and his example of playing hard all the time will serve our players as a leader of this team.
“Noah has come into his own as a player for us. He has exceptional knowledge of our defense and he is a very influential part of our program. Noah will provide us with steady and stable leadership this coming year.
"Sam started for us the last half of the season and was a very good player for us in the secondary. He knows how to play the game and has contributed to the program in many ways both on and off the field. We are looking forward to his assistance in leading this football team in 2012.”
