SCHENECTADY, NY - Freshman attack Rob Santangelo earned Liberty League Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week honors for the third time this season, the league announced Monday.

Santangelo had seven points (four goals, three assists) in two games last week. Against Williams on Wednesday, he matched a season high with five points (two goals, three assists) in a 10-7 win. On Saturday at No. 12 Skidmore he recorded his sixth multiple-goal game of the season with two goals in a 12-4 loss to the Thoroughbreds.

Santangelo leads the team with 27 points and 16 goals, and added a goal in a 19-1 win against SUNY Cobleskill on Monday night.
