Freshman
Elise Malkin earned her first collegiate victory, knocking off Melissa Leighton 6-2, 6-1 and sophomore
Brittany Gilbert defeated Kimberly Schacher 6-1, 6-3.
In the fourth spot, sophomore Andie Coopersmith was victorious over Nicole Terribile 6-1, 6-2 and in the fifth singles match freshman Freshman
Dee Dee Gaudian defeated Erin Reeg 6-2, 6-1.
Sophomore
Kristen Ryan put the exclamation point on the victory with a 6-0, 6-0 win against Stephanie Belz.
Union will now compete in the ITA Tournament on Friday and Saturday.
