Coppola Competes at NYSCTC Pentahtlon

ITHACA, NY – Men's track and field sophomore Alex Coppola competed at the NYSCTC Pentahtlon, hosted by Cornell, on Sunday. Coppola finished 10th, only two spots shy of placing.
 
His day was highlighted with an 8.62 time in the 55 Meter Hurdle, qualifying him to run at the conference meet. In the 1,000 Meter Run, he came in with a time of 2:59.87.
 
Both the men and women's track and field team will compete at the NYSCTC Championships hosted by Rochester Institute of Technology on Friday, Feb. 27 and Saturday, Feb. 28.
