SCHENECTADY, NY – The men's ice hockey team gave back to its community Monday night by serving Thanksgiving dinner at the Schenectady chapter YMCA. The team participated in the YMCA dinner for the fifth consecutive year and helped serve food and beverages, as well as clean tables.

 

Most of the Union College's student body had headed home for winter break, but the Dutchmen remain to prepare for eight games before the New Year. Union took a break from practicing and game planning to help the local community.

 

The Dutchmen take on Lake Superior State on Friday, Nov. 27 at the RPI Thanksgiving Tournament. The contest begins at 4 p.m. at Houston Field House.
