SCHENECTADY, NY -- Union College junior guard Shayla Madden has been named a Liberty League Women's Basketball Performer of the Week for games through November 27.

Madden averaged 14.3 points and had a total of 10 rebounds and eight assists in three games. Madden recorded a career-high 22 points with six rebounds against Pitt-Bradford. She added 14 points against Hartwick in the season opener for the Dutchwomen.

This is her first career Liberty League weekly honor.

Union is 1-2 and is back in action on Wednesday night for a 7 p.m. game at Hamilton.
