SCHENECTADY, NY – Union College women's soccer freshman Melissa Mansfield has been named Liberty League Co-Rookie of the Week, the conference announced Monday.

Mansfield recorded a goal and an assist in her collegiate debut on Sept. 1 against SUNY Maritime. She also registered an assist on Union's game-winning score in the first half of Union's 1-0 win over Wellesley College on Saturday.

The Dutchwomen return to action this weekend at College Park against SUNY New Paltz on Saturday and Westfield State on Sunday.
