CLINTON, NY - The Union College outdoor track & field team opened its 2010 outdoor season Saturday at Hamilton College Continental Invitational.
#Bethany Crowe# highlighted the event for Union by finishing second in the 400 Meter Hurdles in 1:07.78. #
Davis Barber# highlighted the Dutchmen by finishing third in the 400 Meter Dash (50.11).
Other notable finishes for the Dutchmen include #
Max Jack# (4:17.19) and #
Dearon Panossian# (4:17.97) finishing fifth and sixth in the 1,500 Meter Run, respectively. #
Danton Brewington# reached 13.01 meters in the Shot Put, finishing sixth. #
Ryan Owen# finished seventh in the 100 Meter Dash with a time of 11.68.
#Jessica Singer# reached 2.90 meters in the pole vault, finishing fifth. #Judy Horan# made two top-10 finishes, seventh in the 100 Meter Dash in 14.01 and ninth in the pole vault, reaching 2.75 meters.
Union travels to Middletown, Conn. for the Wesleyan Invitational on April 10. The meet is scheduled to start at 11 a.m.
