Keinath Named 2009 First Team New York State All-Star

Christopher Keinath, a member of the Union College men’s lacrosse team, has been named a 2009 First Team New York State All-Star. Keinath, who was selected to the Liberty League first team, is being recognized as a state all-star for the second consecutive season. In 2008 he was named to the second team.
Keniath led Union to the Liberty League playoffs for the second consecutive season and helped the team post the second lowest goals-against average in the league with an 8.05 mark. His 7.96 goals-against average was also second in the league, while his .584 save percentage ranked tops.
