McKenna named Liberty League Rookie of the Week

SCHENECTADY, NY -- Union freshman attack
Ted McKenna has been named the Liberty League Men's Lacrosse Co-Rookie of the Week. He shares the honor with Hamilton attack Jon Leanos.
McKenna scored two goals in leading Union's 10-5 comeback win at Merchant Marine Academy Saturday. He also had two assists and had six total shots in the victory. His second goal gave Union a 5-4 lead in the fourth period. In the game vs. SUNY Oneonta on March 11, McKenna had two shots, both on net.
The Dutchmen will play two games in California during break. Union will play at Whittier on March 22 and faces Stanford on March 25.
