SCHENECTADY, NY – Union College women's soccer senior Katie Weinstein has been named this week's Liberty League Co-Performer of the Week, the conference announced Monday. Weinstein helped lead Union to three victories, outscoring its opponents 14-1, this past weekend.
Weinstein, a native of Marblehead, MA, led Union with eight points in three games last weekend. She registered two assists in Union's 8-0 win against Hartwick and then assisted on the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win against RPI. On Saturday, she netted two goals and posted an assist in a 4-0 win against Vassar.
The Dutchwomen travel to Skidmore on Saturday, Oct. 17 at 1 p.m.
