Using the Athletic Facilities

I. Membership
You must be a matriculating full-time undergraduate or graduate student, a full time faculty/staff or an alumnus with a membership pass.
A. Spouse/Domestic Partner of Employee
  • A one time card fee - $20 - Process begins at recreation office. Employees may receive a recreational card for their spouse/domestic partner which will admit them and children of employee. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by the card holder at all times. No adult guests permitted on card
  • A dependent between the ages of 16-22 may obtain a junior card from the Intramural office at a cost of $20 (card fee) - no guest privileges permitted.
B. Alumni Membership
  • The following memberships are available:
  • $250- individuals earning bachelor's degree prior to 2002 and anyone earning a master’s degree.
  • $150- for all individuals earning a bachelor's degree after the year 2002
  • $450- Alumnus-spouse option - each individual will receive their own card
II. Guests
Students/Faculty/Staff may sponsor up to 3 members of their immediate family per visit at no charge. Guest(s) outside their immediate family are subject to a $5.00 guest charge and must complete a liability waiver for both the guest and the sponsor of that guest. Alumni may sponsor a guest at a cost of $5.00
 
III. Entering the Venue
In order to access any building, a valid Union ID card is required. ID cards are non-transferable
 
IV. Lockers/Locks  
You may obtain a locker/lock at the Intramural-Recreation office between the hours of 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. Long lockers are for daily use only and personal items must be stored in the smaller baskets overnight Personal locks are not permitted on any lockers
 
V. Security  
Secure your valuables at all times! The Athletic Department is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen personal items
 
VI. Equipment  
Groups and organizations may reserve equipment for special events by calling x6286
