Total Body Pilates –  Instructor:  Shannon Wolfort           Tu/Thur                5:30-6:30pm
A 45 minute mixed level class featuring classic Pilates exercises focusing on strength and flow.  Perfect for those new to Pilates and those with experience.  Light hand weights and the stability ball may be incorporated into this highly effective workout.  Although exercise movement focus on the core body muscles (abdominals and back), the total body will develop strength, tone, balance and flexibility.

Zumba Instructor:  Anna Rivelo                                            Thur                       5:00-6:00pm
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system.  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of  fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.  It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with the easy to follow dance steps.
Zumba is based on the principle that a workout  should be ‘FUN AND EASY TO DO’.  Zumba is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind.  It is a ‘feel happy’ workout.
